Most organizations are approaching AI from the wrong starting point. Instead of asking what AI tool to buy, the better question is where workflows and knowledge systems are already breaking down.
My background isn't your typical tech founder story. I started out working hands-on in Iceland's industrial sector, learning how complex physical systems operate before I ever wrote a line of code.
After pivoting to computer science, I co-founded a video game studio and led it as CEO for 13 years. We didn't build simple games; we built massive MMOs. This meant engineering living digital ecosystems and managing high concurrent player counts based on complex real-time interactions.
We pushed boundaries and became the first gaming company ever listed on the Icelandic stock exchange. Taking a tech company public was a real-world masterclass in business resilience, scaling constraints, and navigating market realities.
Today, I am entirely focused on the future. I explore the intersection of AI and organizational decision intelligence. I am taking the hard-earned lessons from building complex digital worlds and applying them to how AI will fundamentally upgrade how organizations operate, adapt, and learn.
